The Door Studio's hermetic system uses a door leaf sliding mechanism that tilts at a 45-degree angle due to gravity, creating a perfect airtight seal without the need for additional mechanical devices to ensure a tight closure.

Hermetic Sliding Door
Designed for use in operating rooms, X-ray rooms, climate-controlled rooms, quarantine rooms, Faraday cages, clean rooms, laboratories, and both public and private medical facilities.
It can be configured as either a manual or automatic system.
Hermetic Sealing Standards:
- Class 4 according to EN 1.026 / EN 12.207
- Class 5 according to EN 12.427 / EN 12.426 (Highest air permeability certification)
Hermetic Swing Door
• A structure with a uniform flush surface between the door panel, frame, and leaf.
• Designed for easy cleaning.
• Components are flush-mounted within the door frame.
• A sealing system that can be adjusted to the thickness of the door panel.
• The swing hermetic service door is 40 mm thick with an injected polyurethane core and an aluminum door frame.
Hermetic Sealing Standards:
- Class 3 and Class 4 according to EN 12207:2000 (Air permeability certification)
